Overview
By making a booking with Sydney Luxury Transport you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your transfer.

Bookings
Enquiries via the website do not equate to a booking, you must submit your enquiry and wait for confirmation from our team via email or text. Before commencing booking we need all details including contact number, pickup time, number of stops, location and number of passengers at the time of booking.

Pricing & Payment
Your quoted price includes all tolls and parking fees. Payment can be made before or after your transfer, as agreed at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change due to waiting, cancellations or changes to your booking details.

Flight & Cruise Monitoring
For airport and cruise terminal transfers, we monitor flight and vessel arrival times where possible to adjust pickup accordingly. While we make every effort to accommodate delays, we ask that you contact us directly as soon as you are aware of any significant changes to your arrival time.

Waiting & No Contact Policy
We understand that travel doesn't always go to plan and we will always do our best to wait. If waiting is required beyond your scheduled pickup time, additional waiting fees may apply. If we are unable to make contact with you within a reasonable time of your scheduled pickup, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. We will always attempt to reach you by phone, text or WeChat before making that decision. If a booking is cancelled due to no contact, a cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellations & Changes
To avoid a cancellation fee, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee. Changes to pickup times, locations or passenger numbers are accommodated where possible, the changes may incur additional fees.

Passenger Conduct
All passengers are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to the driver and the vehicle. Sydney Luxury Transport reserves the right to refuse or terminate a transfer if passenger behaviour is deemed unsafe, threatening or inappropriate. In such cases no refund will be issued.

Multiple Pickups & Drop-Offs
Sydney Luxury Transport is happy to accommodate multiple pickup or drop-off locations within a single transfer. However, any additional stops must be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking so the appropriate fare can be quoted. Additional pickups or drop-offs requested that were not agreed upon in advance may incur extra charges. Where possible we will communicate any additional costs before proceeding. To avoid any confusion we recommend confirming all stops, routes and requirements before your transfer begins.

Vehicle Damage
Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger during a transfer will be the financial responsibility of the booking party. This includes damage caused by spillage, soiling or misuse of the vehicle or its fittings.

Luggage
We accommodate standard luggage for the number of passengers booked. Please advise us at the time of booking if you have oversized, excess or unusual luggage so we can ensure the appropriate vehicle is arranged.

Liability
Sydney Luxury Transport will always endeavour to complete your transfer safely, on time and to the highest standard. However, we cannot be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control including traffic, extreme weather, accidents or road closures. In such cases we will communicate with you as promptly as possible.
